This is a Daybreak 34KD Recreational Vehicle which was damaged while in storage. We made a claim for diminished value and loss of use. The insurance company would not offer any money so we filed suit. The defense claimed that there was no valid claim for loss of use. We were able to prove that even though the vehicle was in storage, our clients were legally entitled to loss of use.
We recovered $15,000.00 for diminished value and loss of use, and our clients were very happy with the result.
